Our SuperSeal
flow wrap laminate can be
reverse printed or surface printed, and is available in clear, tinted or
solid white. Through a super low seal initiation temperature with
exceptionally good hot tack this material can be processed on high-speed
flow wrappers up to 2,000 pieces per minute.
Barrier properties are extremely good and the seals are hermetical since the seal layer is 6 times thicker than a plain OPP wrapper
Our Hi-Z
film also makes for an outstanding flow wrapper. When laminated to PET,
the flow wrapper is reverse printed and metallized for an upscale,
luxurious look, perfect for a gourmet chocolates. The hermetic seals and
barrier are far superior to an OPP/MET OPP laminate, and the running
speed is much faster than a PET/MET PET/PE triplex laminate.
For an ultra-low cost flow wrapper, we also offer surface printed OPP. We have many years experience working with OPP for flow wrapper applications, and this solution offers good heat seals, excellent machinability and good barrier.
