Innovation drives growth at Multifilm. We are constantly looking for new solutions for our customers. Thats why we purchased a small lab extruder that perfectly replicates our extrusion lines which allows us to experiment with new resins and technologies.
The lab extruder is capable of producing film in up to five layers, between 1 and 4 mil. With batches as small as just a few pounds, we can easily extrude and qualify the material before setting up an actual production run. Generating virtually no scrap, this saves both time and money.
Our integration is the key to our innovation. Our in-house metallizer and coater allows us to experiment with new, high-barrier laminates.
Over the years we have perfected our piece wraps and bag films, and even created brand new products, such as N-Coat and Hi-Z.
