Upgrading our printing department is a project we have been working on for a long time. In July 2008, we settled
on a W&H Primaflex 8 color press. Below is a "photo-blog" of the progress on the installation of the press.

Preparing the space with a new
concrete floor. Early October 2008.

Due to the weight of the press, the
floor had to be reinforced.

Painting the ceiling and polishing the
new concrete floor.

The space is all completed, and parts
are beginning to arrive. The dryer is the
background, right.

The central impression drum arrives
in mid-November 2008.

The CI drum weighs over 40,000lbs.

The management team watches the
activities. L to R, Bob Tate (CFO), Chris Rogers (VP), Olle Mannertorp (CEO).

Dave Rohrschneider (COO) inspects
the CI drum and gives it two thumbs up!

Slowly and carefully moving the CI drum
into place.

Aligning the CI drum and the winder.

Putting the dryer into place.

Starting to connect the ink system to
the decks.

for the press.

Almost done! All the major parts are in place. December 2008.

New Year's Eve 2008 - The first trial run is a success! Dave is a very happy man.

January 2009. Training has begun! Full-
scale production should start shortly.

Stay tuned for more!
